    NFL further warned: “Any club that fails to give unconditional free acess to its venue for television coverage shall be fined N15 million which must be paid before the club’s next match. It is also important to mention here that effective from 20008/2009 season, all venues that are substandard and or not TV friendly shall not be approved for matches.”
    Boy, they are really stepping it up...
