No havent seen it before, just printed it out and printed out a team list from nfl.com and crossed out the obvious ones. Some of them were pretty tricky. I had to use process of elimination to narrow it down...

There were some pretty tricky ones in there.

I had to do that quiz in High School so I knew them all already too bad Ryan beat me to it.
