it comes with basic cable where i live (it also comes in HD which is great).
NFL sunday ticket also has commercials despite
having to pay for in with DirecTV
Get DTV, it comes with it.
Then you can get the Sunday Ticket.
For whatever they are charging, NFL Network is worth it.
It helps get you through the offseason.

As a long-time Directv subscriber living in New Mexico, I must say that I love the NFL Network and the NFL Sunday Ticket. I get as much NFL news as I can stomach year round and then during the season I get all of the Vikings games. I couldn't ask for more (except if it was all free).
It sure beats the old days for an out of town fan. Computerless in the 70's, 80's and early 90's while living in Wisconsin, Michigan and Illinois I had to mostly settle for Packer, Lion and Bear games with Vikings highlights at halftime (and some Inside The NFL on HBO when the parents subscribed). Then NFL primetime came along on ESPN which was a little better (some good game highlights). Now, it's more expensive, but I don't miss a snap. I love it.
I have Verizon FiOS...I don't pay extra!
