Thread: NFL Head Coach (Video Game)

So i just got the new NFL HC game for the Xbox!! I know a few people have got it, and there has been some mixed reviews of it. I wanted to make a thread that people can post about the game, and for people who want to learn more about it!! So far, i like the game!! I messed up once in the Restricted FA and i had to restart but i find the game cool if you like to have total control of the game!! One thing that i have noticed so far is that the when you scout a Rookie sometimes they aren't very accurate. For instance, i wanted to scout Tarvaris Jackson, and it came back saying, "he has a weak arm, but the accuracy is unbelievable!!" The game can be slow at the begginning but, for the true football junky that likes the offseason it is a fun game!! I will give more detail once i have gotten a little further in the game!!

It is awesome I believe if you want to be a (coach mode) player instead of a running back or quaterback. I really enjoy this game as much as I do with Madden...plus you can export too Madden. I love it and I have an extra copy if someone wants it for 25$$ lol...(just to add that in)

Typical that now I have time off the game isn't here, yet when I start working again next week the game will no doubt arrive. Bastards.

How did you end up with an extra copy? PS2 or XBOX?

Thanks for putting up the review. It affirmed what I was already thinking. Namely, that this game sounds terrible; I'll wait for Madden.

So far (just got to first training camp practices), it is really fun. So far, my favorite part was the draft. First you get to scout players, and recieve a very informative report. Then during the draft, every team gets 30 sec (while you get 5 min), so you can actually see who picks who and trade up or down for the player you really want. In my draft I traded my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd round picks for the packers 5th, and drafted Reggie Bush. It was very exciting as I got the trade just in time.

I was reading the guys review and it said this: I traded Drew Brees (inexplicably still on the Bolts roster) for the 10th pick in the draft. This is the way it should be. the games starts right after teh superbowl, when brees was still on the team.

Do the Vikes have their new uni's in the game. Do you guys know if you can play this game on Xbox 360 or not because I hear it is a great game.
