New Roller Blade technology, need your input.
Came across this very young company and it's new technology in Roller Blade / Roller Hockey type boots and hardware.
I never did learn how to ice skate or ever even try them roller blades.
I realize that in the MN area and WI.,
Hockey must be a very big sport.
I just want to ask you guys and girls, have you ever heard of this new roller blade?
Its made by " NEWRON SPORT "
Here is their web site.
Check it out like I did and tell me, would you be interested in such an idea?
Their biggest sales line is " It's like skating on Ice "
Some big name hockey players are backing them also, and pushing the product.
I'm looking at it as a stock investment.
I can see Millions of dollars in buisness for them, with this new idea and product. What's you take?

Ned

But I'll be honest, I've never skated or bladded before.
I can see such a product, having a very big impact on the hockey and bladding groups. Also, another big area would be those Deck Hockey players. Right up their ally.
I haven't invested yet, but yes, I'm seriously thinking about it.
Thats why I'm asking those who do skate or blad or play Deck hockey, what do they think of this technology?
Sure make sense to me, and it has got my attention now.
May easily be the next generation of Roller Blades W/suspension.....I like it !
;D
Now just have to hear what the people who do own or would want to own them.
What do they all think?..They would know better than I..
Sincerely,
Ned
But this is the way I do my homework and investigate a Company or an Idea.
Espiecaly when it's a company on the stock market, which Newron Sport is.

You know.. i think it would be hard to sell this product, they are so expensive!
I sometimes blade summer nights but i just got a standard pair and almost never have any problems.
Is there a big market for pro's? because i don't think average joe would buy these

As a hockey player (and ex roller-hockey player), if these things can actually pull off what they say they can pull off, they'd be awesome and I could see them catch on.
They seem to be about a hundred bucks too expensive, though.

Re: New Roller Blade technology, need your input.
A little expensive for the average joe but I could see hockey players getting into it. Not sure how big of a market that would be in the states. I like the pivot motion. Old roller blades are hard to really get going on. Not sure how poplar roller blading is now to the average joe. I doubt enough to spend $250 on a pair. You can get a nice pair for $50. IMO this is geared towards the hard core hockey player.
