New Iowa law.
Bellevue Murder Case Results in Change of Law
Was it an acceptable passtime before?...Iowa will soon have a law that makes it a felony for someone to help cut up and dispose of a body to hide a crime.Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please. Mark Twain

I guess if you just want to cut them up . . . it's not a felony??

Yes, so next time you kill someone, before they pass the new law, just take them to Iowa to chop them up so if you get caught it is only a misdemeanor.
If that guy in the movie Fargo would have just gone to Iowa he would have been fine.
