Re: NBA Finals: Boston Celtics vs. Los Angeles Lakers

I am glad for them as well.
Good to see KG get one.
Now we need Ainge to return the favor and give us a gift horse as McHale did last year.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

That was a complete embarrassment if you are a Lakers fan.......
Yeah I really thought Kobe was going to have something to prove. All he proved is that he is overated. I would take KG over Kobe anyday(as rookies).
This game proved once and for all that Kobe is no Jordan, that discussion is over.
Still I think the Lakers will improve next year and would not be suprised if it was Boston and LA again next year.

To think that the Wolves had 3 of the Celtics players at one time were drafted by the Wolves or played for them is sad. I used to really like McHale but now wish he would go away.
Don't feel so bad. The Bucks had Cassell and Allen on the same team at one point but I am happy for them. They were favorites of mine when they were in Milwaukee.

KG was so emotional at the end. Glad he finally won one, he really deserved it. And the first shout out from a celtics player after winning the championship was to 'everybody in Sota.'

    ;D

Great to see my Celtics back on top of the world, they sure have been away for way to long.

The Celtics as a whole played some dam good ball, and last night, I don't think anyone could have matched their intensity...

    As for Koby,
he's a great player, but the Celtics D took him out of most of the series and really non of his team mates stepped up.
No one can win this game alone, not even Jordan..

A big Congrats to Paul Pierce,
finaly, he's getting the recognition he's deserved to get for so long, but hasn't, till now.

Congrats to All the Celtics ORG. and it's Players and Fans.

Now I have to go fire up that oven,
have to be ready for a few na sayers that where here early in the series, but have seemed to disapair lately... ???

I LOVE THE SMELL OF VICTORY IN THE MORNING AIR.

When they were interviewing KG at the end of the game he thanked people in Minnesota and Chicago (childhood right?).
Seems to have no bitterness with his time in MN and is grateful for the support he had while he was there.

    Classy guy.
