I guess it also depends on how old you are also. I am 31 but I am sure I would have loved it if I was 15

Like the others have said, it wasn't intended to be historically accurate, they based off of Frank Millers novel. It is Hollywood making this, right? Besides, the directors weren't trying to have you involved in the characters love stories, they were trying to convey what the grime and harshness of war in that time period would look like.To all my fellow purplepriders,
PLEASE DO NOT GO SEE 300!!!
If you must go see it, buy a ticket for a different movie and go watch 300. This movie is garbage. It seems like the director watched gladiator and braveheart and decided ok, I make one just like that using the same lines.
The movie is historically very inaccurate and the dialoge is just a disaster.
I was very dissapointed and I am thinking about never going back to the movies again.
Thats how bad it was.
Also, for you to say that this movie blew is nonsense. There were several articles in nationally syndicated magazines describing how this movie revolutionized how movies are going to be made from now on. Maybe you shouldn't go to the movies anymore? IDK, good luck with that...
