"The tray is easy to empty and can hold up to two gallons of liquid." ummmm...that sounds nasty! its a good idea, but we actually just removed the newspaper from his room so that he only goes outside.
But its a good idea if theres absolutely no way for him to go out. merci!

lol, thats cute! i love it remember this guy?! he would walk, bark , n flip over i believe.
thats the one i grew up with.

    Congrats on your new addition!
My Mighty Angus just turned four months and was tutored (neutered) yesterday.
Potty training, chewing training, training, training and more training!
But they give back unconditional love.

hey guys, ive been so busy lately bein mommy to my new found puppy!!!
his name is Jinn, he's a 2 month old pit bull.
He's learning pretty quick and i will b enrolling him into obedience school soon.

If anybody out there has some tips for me I would really appreciate it!
I never realised how much work it actually is.

One of my biggest problems right now is trying to get him to walk outside.
He takes 3 steps, sits, howls, and then i have to coax him to come a bit farther, and then he sits again!!!! It takes about half an hour to just get up my street!! sometimes longer.
    I need guidance...
    :-\

For the walking problems, the only thing that has worked for me is the "pinch collar." It doesn't hurt them and it lets the puppy know you're in charge. I had a dog scared of going under train tracks to get to the lake and the pinch collar changed that instantly.

    Re: My New Puppy!!!

Why a pit bull & why do you feed him 3 times a day?

I've had my daughters pit bull here for about 4 months (her ex-ex-boyfriend breeds & sells them) & he gets fed once a day & given plenty of water.

For a pit bull he is friendly & seems to like 2 of my dogs, but if given the chance would probably attack & kill VQ's dog who is 3 times his size. The dog goes nuts whenever he is outside.
