    for me it's probabaly a combination of all , but mostly eating

    after years of highly scientific testing for the betterment of mankind, I recommend the following if you failed to down a glass of water, 16 oz, and two non-aspirin pain relievers the night before:

    One gatorade. Three advil. One hair of the dog.

    Be as good as new in no time.

    Also look into Gatorade Propel Fitness water. Fantastic!!

    my wife says to drink a table spoon of vegetable oil , before drinking!!! yuch!!!
