I too am a former smoker - quit after 18 years, so ANYBODY tells you you can't do it, don't believe them! I SOOOOOO regret smoking in the first place - I believe it was a direct cause of the circulation problems I have in my legs and feet. That pooh will KILL you. Quit while you can!! And if you smoke, I don't hate you, I'm just tellin' ya to quit any way you can - you'll NEVER regret it later!

It might be easier if you get some kind of motivation. My mom stopped not only for herself but also for me and my sisters.

I wasn't condemming anyone earlier, There are many health problems in the world why cause another one by sucking in tar and smoke.

You know, I hate to say it, but even though I know all the health risks and such that go along with smoking, I still enjoy smoking. Granted I haven't been smoking for half of my life or anything, but I'm just not ready to quit yet. Lance and I decided that we'll quit when I get pregnant because that will be the motivation I need.
