Just be careful so you don't slip.

It hurts like hell when you slip & fall on your own deck.

    Re: My big deck

You know, I had a big deck once. It was a beautiful thing. I really wouldn't say it was big, but all the neighbors thought it was. My next door neighbor Suzy, would love to sit on my big deck. It didn't matter if my wife was home or not, she would sneak over and plop right down on my big deck. My wife, of course, was not very happy about this. One day, when Suzy was out performing some kind of yoga on my big deck, my wife saw her and yelled out to her "Why don't you go get your own deck". Well, it must have worked because the very next week, she was out in her back yard enjoying her own deck. I had to laugh, because it was not near as big as my deck.
But this was not the end of my problems. I started catching Stan, my other neighbor, trying to peek in at my big deck. So, I had to build a higher fence. I don't know if he was jealous or a bit on the strange side, but he was always trying to get a look at it. Finally, one day it happened. There he was! Standing right there with his hands on my big deck! I yelled out " What the hell are you doing". And do you know what he said? He told me he was just trying to get the feel of it! Then he said he would probably get a big deck for himself! I promply escorted him to the gate and told him to keep his butt off of my big deck. Well, I thought that most men already had a deck. But I guess I was mistaken, at least when it came to Stan. He never did get a deck because he still tried to look at mine. Oh well, I guess he just had deck envy.
So, I guess after having enough of my neighbors. I decided to get rid of my big deck. Yes, I did it, I cut it right in half. This seemed to help my neighborhood though as all interest in my deck seemed to stop. No more visits from Suzy and Stan stayed on his side of the fence. The only worry was from my wife. She just lost interest in my deck all together. I did catch her looking over in Suzy's backyard the other day...........................

My deck doesn't get as much use as it used to. I scrub it and scrub it and scrub it, but it just doesn't come clean.

There is nothing worse than a dirty deck!

There have been derogatory phrases started about such things.

    Big deck me!

Personally, I don't think there is intelligent life on other planets. Why should other planets be any different from this one?
