my back is killing me

do you have any ideas how to relieve pain in that area. Because it really hurts alot. so painful. I don't even no how i can write this message like i have.

dude mine hurts really bad too cause of clean (its a type of lift) and for the pain what area of the back? lower top ? id say best bet would be an icyhot patch

Try some kind of patch, that or just lay down and rest, back is a tough area to help pain cause it's in constant strain to begin with.

First, where is the pain in your back? Upper, lower, just above your hip bone, spinal area up the middle?
If it is concentrated just above your hip bone on the back/side it could be a kidney stone.
Any other place, including muscle pain can be relieved soaking in a hot bathtub or using moist heat pads in combination with some Advil.

My back decided to go out on me a week ago.. What helped me a lot was a kindof belt I loaned off a neighbour, that was basically an elasticated belt with a piece of hard plastic that rested up against my lower back to keep it straight. I was out for 3 days but the support on my back really helped. I second the recommendations for putting something hot on the area too, I used Deep Heat (like icyhot) and a hot water bottle and that relieved the pain intermittently.

my shoulder and the central part of my back really hurts even when i lay down and rest. However i really appreciate the points you gave me and i hope they help.

Everybody's back is different. To solve my pain, when I get the bad back, is alot of ice. Doc told me that it numbs the nerve endings and calms down the inflamation and swelling. Guess it all depends on the injury. Hope you feel better soon.

Well if you were here I'd give you a massage, I'm told that I'm pretty good at giving back massages, and that I should be a massage therapist, wouldn't want to go back to school for that though.
