    Might be the genetic encoding of a dog and some type of sea lion. Must have escaped his holding compound but couldn't make the long swim to shore. Poor thing.

    Wsn't there some sort of animal research plant in th are, that they think it may of cam from? It really looks like a Sea turtle minus the shell. But who knows what the hell it could be.
