So then how does this same lawmaker feel correct in the same government enforcing a smoking or seat belt law.. just for the record, I am not a smoker. While I agree this law is just another stupid idea thrown around by someone that wants to make a headline, this same government steps their toes into other "indiscretions" all the time.

"It is too oppressive for government to require a restaurant owner to police another human being from their own indiscretions," Holland said Monday.

There are, without a doubt, many fatasses in Mississippi.
