Minnesota Storms

I'm in Andover ,storm central. We had a tree down and our neighbors tree landed on our roof but very little damage. Eveyone in our neighborhood lost trees and/ or mailboxes. Our siding is missing peices and the pieces that are left are dented. Plants went flying away along with patio furniture and bbq grill. But we found everthing, cleaned up and all is well.

Yeah, I really do hope you folks in LA don't get this too. It looks like it might though. The forecasters are suggesting it'll go north (and just glance off my area...I never thought I'd count myself lucky to simply have a 'tropical storm").

Sorry to hear about the bad weather in MN, guess we've been focusing on Rita that we didn't notice. Was it straightline winds or tornados?

One tornado that was on the ground for a couple of miles, but a lot of damage from straight-line winds too.
