vancouver... that high? i wouldnt want to live there. so many people and its not easy to get around in from personal experience.

and no surprise that my city isnt on the list.

It should be listed as the Twin Cities. St. Paul has less crime, better roads, nicer police, and Minneapolis balances that with nightlife, culture, and collapsing bridges.
