    PHILLIPINES

McDonald’s sells spaghetti (to compete with local fast food franchise Jollibee), which is called, unsurprisingly, McSpaghetti. In 1993, a popular combo featured spaghetti with fried chicken wings. Also unique to the Filipino menu is the Burger McDo, a ground pork burger served with a Thousand Island dressing like sauce to cater to local tastes. Also sells “Rice burgers” chicken fillet or beef burger served in rice toasted to shaped like buns.
Yeah I noticed the McSpaghetti while I was there, but we opted for Jolibees instead.

    Their fries taste like crap.

In Hawaii, I am told you get pineapple with your value meals.

Here in Nodak, you can get fries with gravy at most of the KFCs.
Ask for that down south and they look at you like you just sprouted a second head.
That's big up in Canada, but not at the KFC's in MN & WI. In the Phillippines you get rice instead of the potatoes & gravy, obviously.

What else that was odd is the 2 piece meal. It comes with one piece of extra crispy & one piece original. You don't get a choice of one or the other.

You don't have to leave the USA to see a different menu at McD's. No matter where you go, they have something different on the menu.

In Phoenix, the menu catered to the Mexican diet & when I was in Dallas, they had a BBQ Texas burger.

I have yet to see pizza on the menu in my area.
