Met Stadium Seats
I recall after the Met was closed there were a lot of the folding seats for sale as a piece of Viking history.
Anyone know if there are any still around for sale?"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."

Re: Met Stadium Seats
I haven't seen any for a while. I know when they shut down the metrodome I'm buying a couple of those suckers! (Hopefully they sell them!) That would be a nice piece of history to have in the house.

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!

Now...
wouldn't it be cool to have a seat from the Met and a seat from the Dome in your Viking Man Room?
Purple history...

Re: Met Stadium Seats
My brother is flying out here with my Metropolitan Stadium seat today.
I considering refinishing it in Viking Purple/Gold/White but wonder if I should keep the original color for historical purposes.
What do you guys think?
Someday (?) the Dome will go down, and I hope to get one of those seats too.

There is probably already a ton of other Vikings memorabilia in your man room.
If not, you can always buy purple and gold stuff.

How about if I add a small, metal plaque/sign reflecting, "Metropolitan Stadium, <dates>"?"PacNWVike" wrote:
