    Nice.

I slalomed for many years and just love it.
In HS I had dreams of going pro (or at least trying).

While you guys where doing the slalom, I was taking on the " No Skills Required "

    tube rides.... ;D

    LOL!
    Tubing is fun as hell.
The last time I went tubing, there were a couple other boats creating some impressive chop on the water. At one point, I went off one wave, came down near the crest of the next wave, at which point the tube acted like a super ball and bounced me straight up in the air, about 10 feet over the water. I was flipped over, facing the sky, and I actually had time to think "holy crap, I'm still falling" a couple seconds before finally hitting the water again. Everyone on the boat and on shore agreed that it was the most impressive tubing wipe-out they had ever seen. Good times.

Here are a couple of me and Wildwoman.
First one is from last weekend.
We caught over 20 flounder but only got 2 big enough to keep.

I think we could have caught more but Wildwoman wanted to go fish in a secluded spot (BCBB
    ).

    Second one is from tonight.
We went out after striper with my daughter and her boyfriend.
Caught 6 and brought back two for dinner.

Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

    Re: Member Pics IV

Because Wildman works at the local bait and tackle store in the area (Wilcox Bait and Takle) he sometimes lets me know of a nice buck, fish or whatever being recorded.
Well today he called and gave me some inside information that Dr. Julie might show up to verify a possible record spadefish.

    http://www.gameandfishmag.com/fishin...04a/index.html

Of course after running several red lights, there was already a small crowd standing around waiting for Dr. J. and waiting to get pictures with the fish.
    ;D

Needless to say I have been trying to get a picture with Dr. J for as long as I have been learning to fish the bay and figured out she does speaking engagements for yutz's like me who don't know everything there is to catching spades and togs and such.

Well, Dr. J wasn't available to come verify the fish for several hours I wasn't able to get a snapshot of me and her together which was kindof a let down, but I did get to get my picture taken with one hell of a fish.

Key Note: Just in case the scales in the state are all way off, my beer belly volunteered to stand in and give everyone a perspective of how big the fish actually was.

At 13lbs 8oz it is a pending world record on 15lb test line.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg
