I'm lost, I still have no idea why you were banned, or what that even means. I know what banned means, but why are you "banned"? and what is all this about being suspended?

i might be suspened from school for taken my stuff a day later that my teacher sent down to the p. office. i picked it up 8 days later and i might get suspened for it. and i got banned from the shout block for saying something about crazy mexicans (nothin bad though). and i guess webby took offence to it and banned me from the shout block

What exactly is the shout block? I am new here so I am still kinda feeling my way around the site..
