I hope so. It really should be a good one. NC state is having one of their best years for a while and we have manhandled a few Very good teams (BC, G- Wash). UNC on the other hand is pretty tough. I just don't know if Herb can outcoach Roy...

Man I wish i was going to this game. The RBC will be rockin'!

Last Week: Lost to Marquette 57-51 (2/16), Lost to No. 4 Villanova 75-65 (2/19)
This Week: 2/22 vs. Rutgers (15-11), 2/25 vs. Syracuse (19-8)

Top 25, should get them into the Tourney. They need to win and not stubble to lesser teams or they might find themselves on the Bubble of there conferences allocated spots for the Big Dance. Even though that number is not a set number, when they start letting in the little schools, they start to limit teams from conferences that they already have good representation.

Last Week: Lost to Wisconsin 78-73 (2/15), Def. Northwestern 61-52 (2/18)
This Week: 2/22 at No. 16 Michigan State (19-7), 2/25 vs. Michigan (18-7)

    TEAM CON GB OVR
    Iowa #22 9-4 - 20-7
    Ohio State #12 8-4 ½ 19-4
    Wisconsin 8-4 ½ 18-7
    Illinois #8 8-5 1 22-5
    Michigan State #16 7-5 1½ 19-7
    Michigan 8-6 1½ 18-7

What about the Big Ten leaders IOWA? I still think that Illinois, tourney tested beaten by NC in 2005, has the best shot from the Big Ten.

Ohio State really needed to handle the Badgers last week.

I think Syracuse and Connecticut are two serious dark horses this year. Both are teams that have been in the big games before.

Shock, Connecticut will make it to the final four, mark my words, Syracuse isn't all that this season. I don't see them going anywhere.....

    Re: March Madness! 2006

The Cuse is 7th in the Big East right now. They need to win out to help them solidify that spot in the Big Dance. Granted they are 19-8 over all but the question is if the selection committee is going to go that deep in the Big East. Gotta get in to have a chance. Does the Big East have a year end Tourney?

    Love Jimmy B, great coach!

I think U Conn is a pretty good bet, surprised they got dropped to #4 in the Poll. They still get a number one seed in the Tourney.

Haha, I didn't do it on purpose PPE! I just figured saying that NC State was a threat in the tourney was kind of obvious. Not a whole lot of insight to that one considering they're in the top 15, ya know?
