Yeah, I think you made it a couple of days after me. I havent been on as much though because I started football practice last week and I have been busy at work.

Football practice started for me too!! Im not digging all the running right away.. How are your practices so far?

So far there goin pretty good. Next week we start our 2 and 3 a days so that kind of sucks.

Do you guys have to do a conditioning drill? We had to do that on friday. We had to run 8, 110 yard sprints and 16, 55 yard sprints and get it under a certain time depending on which position you play. That was the toughest thing so far.

Yah we have been doing manyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy conditioning drills.. I cant stand it.. Lots of sprints and stairs and stuff.. Almost done with all the hard stuff though so thats good..

The first week or so always sucks because all it is, is the coaches trying to get you into shape. I cant wait untill we get to start hitting.

we have been doin developmental practices all summer. right now its our deadf period and we get 3 weeks off. but i still work out with my uncle. he puts me through hell. My uncle knows somebody that plays for the steelers and he gives my uncle his workout routine, and jesus christ now i know how they are in such good shape. first week i puked my brains out. But anyways my school starts two a days in 3 weeks.
