Oh well, there is always Lacrosse .. maybe the dumbest game of all time.. girls playing in short skirts is one redeeming factor though.

I love hockey, mainly college hockey though. I'm upset that the season was canceled. 10 years ago hockey was the hottest sport. I would rather watch the gophers over the wild, but there is nothing like live hockey. Going to Xcel or Mariucci is like nothing else. Maybe next year i'll be able to try out as a replacement player! Oh yeah NASCAR is NOT a sport! Its a red-neck activity that I will never understand, I've tried to watch it and I don't get how people can sit and watch cars driving in circles. I would rather watch table tennis

Yeah, I like my gopher college hockey better than the pros, but I'll watch pro hockey any day too!! I was at the All Star game last year at the Excel Energy Center and it was awesome!!

NASCAR...horrible "sport". Last year I subjected myself to watching the Daytona 500 (the whole thing), and I definatly don't see the appeal of NASCAR.

The players and their union have their collective heads up their as***.

The union's stance the whole time was that they would not accept a cap in any form. Then they finally break and agree to a cap, only to reject the league's offer of 42mil per. The union will eventually cave, they have too. The league cannot remain viable at it's current financial agreement, or lack there of.

How can the players still think that the NHL is screwing with the numbers? Several teams have allowed independent auditors to come in and check the finances, and all have the same numbers as the league.

What these greedy players need to realize is that their sport doesn't generate the same money as the "big 3" sports do, and if this lock-out is ever resolved, the NHL will generate even less, so they will have to accept even less.

You have to go to the track, and drink a case of PBR to really
get the full effect
