I was just in London a few days ago...I may come back for the 2012 Olympics. That'd be a great time to come back.

I can quite honestly say I have yet to meet a Brit I didn't like.
But it seems all the French people I met are way too much to handle.

In my new SI magazine it says that China and Russia have made a pact to ensure the USA doesn't win the most medals in the 2008 Beijing olympics.

I guess they are working together as one unnoficial team. That's about all I have as far as olympics go. Except the winter olympics came to Utah and I was not very impressed.

Well if they follow the Olympic ideas then its more about the taking part than how many medals are won, mind there are many sports that have been included in recent years that to my mind shouldn't be included in the Games- either through the sport itself or the fact of allowing professional athletes to be taking part.
I can see the Chinese wanting to be top dog on their hoem turf however it is achieved - be interesting to see how many chinese athletes get excluded over technical infringements or through drug testing too

I like the Olympics for some events but man they sure have become corrupt as far as judges go. Congrats man and I was suprised that London beat out Paris for the games.
