no way, They are clearly not basing this list on who is actually hot, when I read the title I thought lindsay must be #100 not #1. And then I read the article and find out ashley simpson is hotter than Jessica, no way. I think this is the downfall of the hot 100.

Don't some of you play these fake world games?

LOL, I was thinking the same thing.
Damn, I got beaten out by a cartoon.

The thing is there are ~3.5B women in the world and a reasonable percentage of them are beautiful.
I never really understood the infatuation with celebrities, many of them just memorize lines that someone else wrote and then they are considered heroes.
Oh yeah, I forgot, they are deemed beautiful.

Ick...Lindsay Lohan? She is really hot in some things, but not so much in others.

There are plenty of other celebrities out there that are way better looking.
