    Lifting

As some of you know I play football and lift weights in the offseason. This saturday my school is putting on a weight lifting competition for the football players from my school and like 5 other schools. There will be a total of 75 guys there.

    Heres how it works.

We will be put into different weight classes. Each lifter will max out for bench press, squat, and power clean. Then you add your weights from each lift up and then divide that number by your body weight. Whoever has the highest number in their weight class wins.

There's going to be trophies and everything so it should be a lot of fun. I can't wait. I'll update you guys on how I did sometime this saturday.

    Re: Lifting

Thanks guys. I want to get 1000 pounds or more for the 3 lifts combined but I don't know if I can do it or not so I guess I would be happy with like 925 or higher. It should be pretty fun.
