This guy made enough in a year of pro-wrestling that he never needs to work again, except he probably blew it all on crap. But seriously, he is a world class athlete and I'm glad thtat he continues to push himself. I still think he is the answer at DE for the vikes. ;D

I for one don't think you could be any more wrong about Lesnar.

He said a while back that signing with the WWE was a mistake that he made because he was young and dumb, which is why he left.

I've always liked him, since he grew up in South? Dakota, and went to school and wrestled at the U of M.

Like he said (not an exact quote
:P dont remember it all) "I was a kid and I was confronted by a billionaire and offered a wrestling contract, I could have played football in college and took my shot at the NFL like thousands of people do.
    I took the sure thing"

The second Brock hit the wrestling scene it was all eyes on him, going on an impressive undefeated streak and becoming the youngest World Champion of all time.
The wrestling world has lost a lot of stars (Stone Cold, The Rock, etc) and many were getting old or losing their fan base (Undertaker, HHH, Shawn Michaels, Kane, etc).
Brock was pretty much the center of the WWE, and would have made millions and millions if he stayed, probably better money than he ever would in any other sport.

However, he left the WWE and tried out for the NFL.
Because of his little experience tho, he never did get a job here (altho i LOVED one play he made in the preseason where he took out an entire wedge on a kick off :P lol).
The reason he's had to fight to get a job since, was that when he left the WWE, while still under contract, Mr. McMahon sent his army of Attorney's after him, and made sure that he couldn't participate in any type of sports entertainment for a certain amount of time (i think it was the length of his contract.. but i dont remember that exactly either).

He's a natural athlete and a hard, hard trainer.
he deserves his shot in the UFC, and i'm sure their "gamble" will pay off.

With the power that man has, I think it would be unwise to count him out of any fight. If he can add striking and submission defense to a strong wrestling background, he will be able to contend with the heavyweights.
I hope he wins because it will be great entertainment and bring the sport up that much more.
Rock out with your cock out!!!
