Why should a bar get punished for individual's stupidity???
Now, bar owners should be aware to cut people of from drinking if they've obviously had too many, but for a law to pass to prevent the bar owner from trying to keep business is rediculous.
Almost as bad as the NY lawyer that was going to sue bars for having ladies night, saying it's unfair that they get their own night and men dont.. Isn't ladies night really for the men anyway? Ladies drink a ton more becuase of the freebies and pigish men take advantage
