lol, I wont make fun of ya. I'll just try and teach you. In that pic I'm standing up on the kneeboard. I finally was able to do that after a couple weeks of trying it and wiping out. Now I can do it whenever I want and then get back down on my knees when some waves are coming.

My family has a lake cabin on Leek lake. Its in ottertail county. We have had it for 10 years now I think. It is so fun to go there in the summer. It's not that impressive of a place but I will post a pic of it later on.
    Been there many times.
No way! You have been to Leek lake?
Been to a ton of Lakes. I think I went to a family reunion or something there once.
Thats awsome. Most people I talk to havent even heard of it. It's a pretty small lake but I like it. Not to much boat traffic or anything so it is good for kneeboarding, tubing, and skiing.

The fishing is pretty good to. Not a lot of walleye but there are tons of northerns and bass. We usually just go trolling and catch them all like. We even catch walleye's trolling sometimes.

It's about 10 miles out of Vergas if you know where that is.
We had freinds who had a cabin on Little McDonald. Been to Vergas a lot.

We've got a cabin on Green Lake...just finishing an addition on it.....John Randle had a lake home up there just around the curve from us.

    Green lake by New London?

If so I have fished that lake a few times, very deep with a lot of structure. My dad told me an interesting thing about that lake, he grew up in that area. Apparently in the winter time when the ice got really thick they would lay railroad tracks across the lake and run trains across it to save distance that the trains had to travel. I do not think he was pulling my leg, but I can not guarantee that it is true.
Yeah, by Spicer/New London. The lake is the 2nd cleanest in the state I guess. But its nice. Its the lake that was on the news last year that had that WWII war plane sunk in it, and they finally brought it back up. I jet skiied to the area, but couldn't see much...it was too deep.

I'll look into that train thing....I wonder about that...might be local legend!! LOL
We bought our boat in Spicer.

Pickeral Lake was very clean too; spring fed. Being spring fed it was cold in the summer but very clean.

You ever go tubing down the ottertail river? I did that once a few years ago. It was pretty fun.
