    The Laird of Bandrum

I am officially the Laird of Bandrum! Scottishvike sent me all of the paperwork. My property is located 6 miles NE of Dunfermline and 20 miles from Edinburgh.

I received stationery in my name with a proper seal, as well as the documents listed below. Thanks again to Scottishvike for this very cool contest...(and also to the Steelers).

The Bandrum Tower, which stands a few feet away from the property:

The property is just off a golf course.

Does Mike get an easement so he has access to his property?
Or would he have to parachute in to legally setup his lawn chair (throne) and beer hat with sippy straws (crown)?

Would you be willing to build the Vikings a stadium on your property?

Turns out there is an ancient buriel under your land mike. You will need to pay to have the area excavated. Don't worry they will just add it as an assessment to your property taxes.
