I heard this on the news yesterday.
My first thought of was if it was Dr. J.
She spends alot of time fishing down there.
Don't see anything on her site so I assume she is still out pulling in the biggens.... ;D

You can see (not that kind) several ray family's here that actuall come out of the water.
Damn things are a nuisance but a fun fight when you get one on the hook.
