Call me a cynic, but I don't think he died of a heart attack...or at least not by chance. Let's see, a 64 year old former multimillionaire is about to be sentenced to prison for the rest of his life and he just HAPPENS to have a heart attack the month before he's sentenced to 25-40 years? I think there's foul play afoot my boy! I think he either committed suicide or a doctor gave him something to cause this.

I am definitely NOT excited about this...I was looking forward to Kenny Boy becoming some big convict's beeyotch!!!

Stress could have done it. Imagine spending your lifetime building an empire, and then its gone. That would suck. Not saying he did it the right or wrong way, cause its not my job to judge.

come on....multi bilionsaire, and he died of a heart attack? top of the line medical treatment. a nice payment to the laywer and doctor, hes soo not dead, hes sitting pretty in the fiji's somewhere.
