honestly though, how retarded do you have to be to fall out of your car like that.
All you have to do is stick open the door, you don't need to hang on it.

ahh. i see now why he fell out.
you ca'nt really see by the camera, but as they were on hte wrong side of the road trying ot hit the guy, they saw an oncoming car and swerved back to avoid it.
the guy, not having his seatbelt fell out because the car swerved away from him.
