    Jose Uribe killed

    Not much infor on it yet, but this is the breaking news banner headline at www.cnn.com

    Authorities say former San Francisco Giants shortstop Jose Uribe was killed early today in a car crash in his native Dominican Republic, The Associated Press reports.

    I think I may be a little too young to remember him, as the only Uribe that I can remember is Juan.
    It's a sad thing to hear about though, he was definitely taken too early.

    He was a great shortstop in the 80's.
    Back when the game was still fun to watch.
