The object here is NOT to graduate from one level to another (that should come naturally)...you need to contribute to the discussion, try to make people laugh, or the like...just say something that has a smidgen of substance.

ok i get it cajun, wow you have been here for a while. i really hated being the water boy, i am glad i moved on. this training camp sux-work work work!
