Actually it is a rescue vehicle to safeguard firemen during rescue operations, but given the reactions of people to a MRI this might induce heart attacks as well as pull you from the rubble after an earthquake.

Actually, that robot could be of great advantage on some battlefield.....Go out and retrieve the wounded or dead, under heavy fire, without the risk of other soldiers getting caught up in the fire...
