    basically it is a unique address within the data world that identifies where you are located so that packets of information can be sent from and to you with other addresses ..... bit like a postal address identifies you within the world

    Its an Internet Protocol address basically its your computer's unique number its used by an internet service providers to provide you with access to the internet . It can also be used to trace computers to certain countrys or areas, or send and recieve information from other users

    I does not do you or your alter ego chavous (just kidding, relax) any credit to start bantering back and forth in a thread. I would be willing to bet that is why your thread "My Room" was locked (but don't hold me to that). I don't think anybody is interested in this:
