    Hey all,

Just wanted to let you all know I'm pretty much back - still will be doing a good amount of travelling and being quite busy - but I will be around again!

And those that didn't know... I come back a married man!
I'll definitely post more later, but my ass is tired and I need some sleep.
Your honeymoon must have been very different than mine.

    ;D

    congratulations, by the way.
I left myself open for that..... I AM TIRED!

    Very... VERY expensive.

Bora Bora is very overrated, don't waste your time there.
Pick the smaller islands... our favorite BY FAR was Moorea, it was great!!!!

Heh, I would say statistically we're doomed; she's in medical school and I am about to do my internship to finish my doctorate up... both are doomers according to the stats.
The best thing we have going for us is that we've spent a lot of time apart so we're not going in with crazy expectations about how much time we will have for eachother, etc. (Actually, she'll be in MN and I will be in Omaha....) - but we know what to expect out of each other and accept the sacrifices we need to make to succeed..

    Congrats and good luck, Thor.
    Marriage is awesome.
Easily the best thing I ever did was marry my wife (7 years and counting).

A rule to live by that is even more pertinent to a marriage:
the quality of my life is the quality of my communication.

My parents went down there for their anniversary, and they had the exact same thing to say.
Bora Bora is overrated, but Moorea was great aparantly.
Aparantly the water is so clear down there you can easilly see the ocean floor 20 yards down in some places
