Do you think that if Illini win it all they should send the Buckeyes a thank you card? It would be a lot more pressure on them if they were still undefeated. But they way they are playing it seems that game is not that important except for bragging rights of being undefeated, if they indeed win it all. Louisville put up a pretty good fight for most of the game but playing from behind and missing shots down the stretch ensured the Illini of being in brand new territory for their program.

Well... UNC's guards won't be able to rape Illinois like they did MSU. Should be a good game for the first half, then expect a pumped up Illinois team ready to kick some ass!

Sorry, but no way ill can handle the big guys of UNC and that will be the difference. UNC has the guards to play with ill, but ill has nobody to match up with may, williams and williams.

It will be close in the 1st half, because UNC never plays good in the 1st half, but expect UNC to pull away in the 2nd, when they get the bigs into the game more.

The Illini dont have any one person who is a major force in the paint, but they have four solid people who can handle it, besides, if the guard trio of Ill wont let yours pass, it wont matter :grin:
