Mankato is celebrating "Rib-Fest" this weekend with some of the top competitors in the world coming for the event. The Mankato Free Press said, "Eating by eye, RibFest displays meant to shock and awe."

Nice. Fargo has its ribfest in July, and it was AWESOME! I am guessing a lot of the same competitors will be in Mankato, as they tend to sstick to the same circuits...

Ribfest in mankato is no where near the quality of vendors of rib fest in the cities. But it will do.
I dont know if anyone here ever goes to Rochester ever, but if you really want the best ribs you will ever try, go to Roscoe's! I swear they have the best ribs by far and I love trying new BBQ when ever i have the chance. You republican whore!

Ribs would be nice. I'm sick of living where they have BBQ chicken halves and Ramp suppers
ukeright: for the redneck firehouses.

Heck, you're lucky WV. All we have here in KY are fish fries or chili suppers for the firehall fundraisers. Man, BBQ chicken half sounds like heaven.
