I wish that everyone could have been at my house today!
Well, this evening anyways. I made this killer roast with green beans, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions. I was really P'Od before dinner but not so much now. I tell ya I outdid myself this time. The roast was so big that I barely had a pot big enough to put it in.
;D
Let's talk about dinner instead of trolls, Olines, and Qb's. :'(

Yum!
Roast is my favorite thing to eat!
Especially with a ton of onions!
I take my potatoes and mash them up, lather them in butter, then break apart some of my raost and mix it in.

I made a killer Cheese Dip for the game.
It didn't help my mood, and it doesn't sound as good as the roast.

Ultra, you would'nt have had to mash the taters. You had to spoon them out of the pot. I cooked the whole thing for about 6 hours. Cooked the roast for 3 then put in all the veggies except onions and celery. They have to go in with the roast. Didnt have to cut the roast, just peel some of it off of the bone.
Snow, the cheese dip sounds good. I had some of that yesterday with some salsa and tostitos during the Buckeye game. Maybe I should have made some more of that today. LOL

I just polished off some gumbo...as cold and rainy as it was today (coupled with the crappy game today), it hit the spot!

Making a pot roast without tatoes is a sin!

Well before the game I was happy because my dad grilled some fresh venison steak that he had just gotten over the weekend.
Man was it good!

I ate a huge platter of raw stinkin' crow in front of a couple of Packer fans and washed it down with a nice cold glass of humility.
