I Voted.
In the VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE (etc.) thread, the following Americans have let us know that they have already filed an absentee ballot.

Hats off to them.
I voted earlier this morning, shortly after the polls opened.

Re: I Voted.
I do my civic duty everyday.
As far as voting goes, both are idiots & it's a matter of which is the lessor of the two idiots.
For once, I'd like to see a candidate run & pose a campaign on his ideals, rather than what the other candidate failed to do or what dirt he has in his past.
In my local, most run unopposed & neither of the sherriffs candidates are worthwhile having in office.
I'll vote, but some years it feels like a moot point.

Re: I Voted.
I don't vote, that way I can complain about who won.

Re: I Voted.
I voted and because I did now I can complain about the candidates, if you don't vote you shouldn't complain!
What we've got here is failure to communicate.

Re: I Voted.
I voted too!
Wish I could have contributed to the stadium issue with my vote... but sadly it wasn't on the North Dakota ballot.

once.
..but I'm thinking of doing it again*. This is Illinois politics you know.
*no, I'm not really going to vote more than once. This disclaimer is just in case there are any Federal agents monitoring this board.

Re: I Voted.
I also voted on my way to work.
It sure is easier now that I am a civilian (retired Navy) and don't have to go through the absentee ballot thing.
Agree with the lesser of two evils approach.
I voted for the guy (VA) who doesn't want to take away my guns and fishing boat
;DMany many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.
