Your best bet Cajun is the American Red Cross. I can't tell you how many times I have used them successfully.

You might give this search engine a try. I tested it on a couple of names and it worked pretty well.

Cajun,
Go to Anywho.com. Put in the name of the person, and the state they live in. The results will come up like the sample below. Click on the area in the listing that I highlighted in red in the sample, one name at a time. It will give you previous addresses! That is how I found someone I was looking for. I looked for the address I knew they had lived at before. Hope that helps.

No luck yet...Post Office confirmed a move but no return address was given.
I will continue pursuing other avenues.

We were never able to track his daughter down...rather she finally called us. She got our number from his friends that he had been staying with in southern Maryland. One of my former neighbors is in the hospital with heart problems, stable but serious condition. None of his friends can get ahold of his daughter or any other relatives to let them know what is happening. I am hoping that someone here has the type of connections that can locate his family. I have tried to look up last names and other types of information that might give me the phone numbers that I need. Unfortunately, his daughter and her husband recently moved so the information that he left with us is no longer valid.
If ANYONE here can help me with this problem, I would be very grateful. He is a Vietnam veteran (two tours in 'Nam) and he deserves all the help that he can get.
The BAD news is that he died last Friday...and that his "friends" didn't bother to call us and tell us. Also, they had been in touch with the daughter since the middle of last month and hadn't told us anything. SOMETHING IS ROTTEN IN DENMARK!
If I find out that his "friends" were doing something shady, all hell will break loose! He was a good man and deserved nothing less than a respectful handling of his medical situation.
Thanks again for all you guys help in trying to find his daughter. We still don't know when services will be held for him, but at least we are able to communicate with his family and will be able to make arrangements to be there to pay our respects to him when the time comes.
RIP Ronald Reid Daniel
