Jerry Robinson, (LB for the Eagles and Raiders 1979-1991), today at the local K-Mart. He was signing autographed pics and selling them for $10 to raise money for the March of Dimes. I was walking by wearing my Viking hat when he called out "Hey Viking" :smile: Very nice guy.

Yeah, I remember him...actually, I saw him at a Jeffrey Osborne concert in Vegas...it was a lounge show and he was a big table with a bunch of his homies...anyway, JO was singing the "Woo Woo Woo" song and he was going around and making different people at different tables sing the chorus...he gets to Jerry's table and announces to the crowd who Jerry is...then Jerry grabs the mike and starts singing...but he wasn't that good and his homies started clowning him...everybody else in the room (including us) started laughing too...he was a pretty good sport about it though.

I had forgotten all about that, but I do agree with RK that he is a very nice guy! Pretty good linebacker in his day too...especially in college (USC, I think)!

Hey, did you all know that Bud Grant was at last weeks game. Mr. Countrygirl(haha that sounds funny I'm sure he'd love that) ran into him. He was in a hurry he just said hi.

I think he goes to a lot of the games at the dome. When I was there last year my dad and brother were sitting a few rows up from him and got a picture of him as he was walking up the stairs.

I'm pretty sure Coach Grant goes to all of the games.
