Elk gravy on med rare elk sirloin roasted with rosemary and olive oil, those little potatoes that have butter, garlic and thyme sprigs, a big helping of green beans cooked with bacon and onions..............all with a big ice cold dark beer.............

Males Cows, Moose, Elk are reffered to as bulls.

Male deer are referred to as bucks.

Oh. At least I knew that Bucks were male deer.
