I am a Contemporary History University teacher with a Phd in XX century political History. I know my countries, and their History. Its a joke based on the stupid stereotip that fundamentalist muslim countries support terrorism! Iran is based on the most fundamentalist doutrine of all. It was just a joke, but we can talk about it!

i don't really want to get into this, but you leave yourself wide open. a) PhD b) doctrine c) stereotype d) iran is not going to have car bombings because car bombings are a tool used by fundamentalists to overthrow those in power since those same fundamentalists are in power there really isn't a need for them to bomb themselves. e) not only was your joke incorrect, it just wasn't funny. it's better to save your derision for packer fans/players.

Perhaps it was a bad joke, perhaps it was.

About the mispelling, its normal, English is my 5th language, i was born in Lisbon and teach in Spain, although i speak pretty well i will always make mistakes. But it would be a little bit harder to discuss this in Portuguese or Spanish or French i assume...
