How to tip the delivery man

Well domino's delivered 3 hours late today. It pissed me off so i didn't pay for it. The guy had the audacity to ask for a tip. I said no but, Next time i will do this

3 weeeks ago i had pizza delivered to work from toppers.
They topdl me
30 minutes 1 hr 20 minutes l8er it arives, it was ice cold i gave the guy a 20
and aske d em fi i wanted chaneg i said all fo it
5 minutes l8er he still didnt have counted out.
felt sory for ther guy sop i just grabed what he had coutned
wich wasnt al of it and elt him go

huh? eh i just hate late pizza and i hate when they ask for a tip
