Re: How old were you when you first tasted alchohol?
I shot out of the womb, slapped my doctor in the face, and proceeded to drink a 5th of Jack right there on the Delivery Room table while smoking a pack of Marlboro Reds.
Disclaimer: I'm an idiot.

Re: How old were you when you first tasted alchohol?
I honestly don't know.
I do remember a couple of instances:
a.
Cold winter day helping my Dad fix a universal joint in his pickup.
Mom made us hot buttered rum drinks to chase away the cold.
(I think I was about 12 or 13)
b.
Haying season.
Used to throw hay bails for a local farmer during haying season for a nickel a bail. He always seem to show up with a cold 12 pack of beer when we were done. Sure did a job washing the dust out.
One of the best tastes in the world. (Bout the same age 12-14)Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

I was in thrid grade. So what is that like 8 years old. My friend and I shared a wine cooler before walking to school. He went home sick and I stayed the whole day. Wimp.

Thanks PPE for the Sig

First tasted?
Crap, I don't know.
My family often had wine with holiday dinners, and we would (and still do) give the kids a little sip to celebrate.
Or a couple of times I would try and steal a sip of my old man's brandy coke as a kid just to be a dork.
So who knows...
First time I ever really had a drink was probably at a party when I was 14 or so.
I remember we were playing "Up and Down the River" and I had to drink some of the crappiest beer in the world.
It was probably the cheapest or only beer we could get at the time, so it didn't matter. ;D
My palate has been refined quite a bit since then.

Re: How old were you when you first tasted alchohol?
I was 4.
I loved the taste of beer and at my Aunt's graduation party, I kept bugging my Uncle for sips.
So he finally gave me two 16 oz cups of beer.
I ended pissing all over the bathroom and passing out.
Needless to say my mother wasn't too happy.

Re: How old were you when you first tasted alchohol?
I visited my friend in the hospital right after his son was born, of course I had to bring him a couple of beers, he wetted his finger and gave the baby a little taste when he was about 6 hours old, that has got to be a record.
My older brother when he was like 2(or so I have been told) loved beer and at a christmas party went from room to room getting sips from all the uncles, he slept the entire ride home.
