Re: How long have you been following the purple and gold????
I started watching them when I was like 7 years old.. That was almost 22 years ago.. However I didn't start following them real close until I moved to Wis, which was in 1991. So Like 16 years now..

Re: How long have you been following the purple and gold????
I started closely following the vikes when I was 5 is what my dad says. He has told me that I watched every game with him & had a bunch of Vikings stuff. If I saw something Vikings I would throw a fit until he bought it for me. So this is now my 20th year being a Vikings Fan.

Thanks PPE for the Sig

Re: How long have you been following the purple and gold????
This year marked my 30th year of supporting the purple and gold.
In that time, I have missed watching 4 total games ... The last one missed being the Vikes/Cards game around x-mas when I was flying back to FL. and couldn't get a later flight.

Ever since I was born.
I never knew what was going on until I was about 4 but the Purple was in my blood.
my entire family in Minnesota are all purple fans.
My uncle says he is done but others say he will be back.

Re: How long have you been following the purple and gold????
I have been rooting for the Vikings since they started showing the NFL over here. I believe the first action we got were in 1993 but I can't be sure.
We have only gotten extensive coverage the past 6 years though, so it has been possible to follow them more extensively.
Thanks to PPE for the sig.

Re: How long have you been following the purple and gold????
My dad has been a Viking fan forever, every since I was born in 1975 I have been following the Vikes, because he was. I really didn't know what was going on until the early eighties. I have seen pics of me in a Vikings shirt when I was about 2. My Kids were born Viking fans too. They better stay that way.
I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it!!
